Flounder is a lean, white, flaky fish with a mild and delicate flavor. We season and layer two 6 oz. fillets with lemon and melted butter. They will arrive with Italian breadcrumbs on the side to add just before baking, so they stay crisp. This is a wonderful light summer dish that only takes a few minutes in the oven! Comes with French green beans.
