This is a late summer dish loved by all! It’s rich and tasty with just a touch of vodka (the alcohol is boiled out), plus cream, shallot, red pepper flakes, garlic, grated Parmesan, and plenty of fresh herbs from our garden that we chop up and stir in. These ingredients are perfectly blended to create a wonderful dish, whether you decide to serve it warm or chilled.
