This dish is packed with summer veggies with a light delicious white wine sauce and sliced Italian sausage. We toss together buttered bowtie pasta with fresh asparagus, shallots, summer squash, garlic, green peas, grape tomatoes, and a touch of white wine (the alcohol is boiled off) leaving only the flavor, I do save a glass to go with this dish though :-). We do a big finish of grated parmesan, with fresh basil and parsley from our garden! This dish is even lovely chilled to snack on IF you have leftovers.
