A hearty casserole is perfect for busy schedules. We prep it and you pop it in your oven! Your kitchen will have all the aromas to bring everyone running to the table. We blend together sautéed fresh garlic, onion, and mushrooms, with sausage and ground beef. Then, add in diced and plum tomatoes with Italian seasonings to all simmer together for a tasty red sauce. Pasta shells are stirred in, finished with provolone and mozzarella on top to come out a bubbly golden brown. Yum!
