I love this new dish! Bucatini pasta with butter sautéed garlic, shiitake mushrooms deglazed with white wine. The decadent sauce is made from fresh spinach, parsley, a pinch of red pepper flakes, and Romano cheese. The dish is topped with panko breadcrumbs in extra virgin olive oil, cracked black pepper, and jumbo shrimp. Yum!
