I love this new dish! Bucatini pasta with butter sautéed garlic, shiitake mushrooms deglazed with white wine. Fresh spinach, parsley, a pinch of red pepper flakes, and Romano cheese for the sauce. Topped with panko breadcrumbs in extra virgin olive oil, cracked black pepper and jumbo shrimp. Yum!
