I am SO excited to enjoy this tasty casserole first thing on New Year’s Day amongst friends and family over coffee sharing stories and laughter. We have put a twist on our fan favorite French Toast Casserole by adding a blueberry sauce! Egg mixture and blueberry sauce served on the side to pour over cubed bread and bake.
