We put a twist on broccoli cheese soup by adding smoked Gouda and rye bread croutons! Sautéed sweet onion, smashed garlic, low-sodium chicken broth, paprika, a touch of flour, and broccoli crowns are all simmered and then blended for a lovely creamy texture with homemade rye bread croutons on the side. Yum!
