The name says it all! We start by sautéing celery, garlic, and onion with fresh pressed olive oil. We add in peeled and seasoned diced potatoes, chicken broth and ham letting them simmer to let all of the amazing flavor’s meld. Then, add in a mixture of whisked melted butter, a touch of flour, and milk. We stir all ingredients together until thickened to perfection. Green onion for a garnish
