We all know tacos are amazing any time, any weather! With this one we dry rub beef brisket with chile powder, onion powder, cumin, chipolte powder, coriander, garlic, and mexican oregano. Then, perfectly sear, ready to finish in your slow cooker and shred. We toss in onions, and fresh garlic as well. Served with corn or flour tortillas. Served with Cotija cheese and fresh cilantro for garnish.
