You’ll place our perfectly seared beef roast seasoned with herbs de Provence, a touch of flour, chicken broth, peeled tomatoes, cognac, carrots, garlic cloves, fennel bulb, yellow onion, sun-dried tomato tapenade, fresh parsley, and orange zest into your slow-cooker and come home to a delicious dish that’s part pot roast and part hearty stew. Served with hot, buttered egg noodles, we highly recommend pouring the flavorful pan juices over the roast and noodles.
