We all love a meatloaf; here is a new one to mix it up while still satisfying the whole family. It’s like a giant meatball packed with all your favorite flavors. We begin with the classics: onion, celery, garlic, carrot, eggs, and olive oil. We add fresh basil, Italian breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan-Reggiano cheese, and marinara sauce. Comes with 16 oz. of our red mashed potatoes (potatoes contain dairy/can be DF.)
Pairs beautifully with this week’s Simple Side Salad or level up to the Herb-Roasted Creamer Potatoes (save the mash for another meal), under our “Sides” menu!
