We love a delicious casserole that the whole family approves of! We start by trimming and cutting a beef roast, then layer it with sautéed Vidalia onions, carrots, and garlic. We add tomato paste and a touch of flour for thickening, along with egg noodles. Finally, we top it off with freshly grated fontina cheese and parsley from our garden.
