This dish brings me back to early childhood and I still crave it! So, I thought I would make it and share with you! It’s so delicious! We blend together wide egg noodles with flaked white tuna, cream cheese, a bit of milk, flour, shallots, celery, peas and fresh thyme from our garden. Topped with butter, crushed Ritz crackers and chives.
