This vibrant dish is full of flavor and is easy to prepare in your slow cooker! We begin by searing pork loin, then mixing it with sautéed yellow onion, garlic, ground ginger, paprika, garam masala, and a hint of cayenne pepper. We also add tomato puree and homemade cashew puree for richness. Garnished with fresh cilantro, served with jasmine rice and naan bread on the side.
